Creamy Red Pepper Soup with Smoked Paprika Yogurt and Crumbled Chorizo

A simple and healthy red pepper soup that is served with a dollop of smoked paprika yogurt and a sprinkling of crumbled chorizo.

1 tbsp olive oil
1 medium onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1/4 cup white wine
1 carrot, peeled and chopped
1 stalk celery, chopped
1 medium potato, peeled and cut into 1 inch cubes
3 large red peppers, seeded and chopped
3 cups stock (chicken or vegetable)
1 cup milk
1/2-1 tsp salt {to taste}
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp balsamic vinegar

1/4 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 cup yogurt

1/2 cup chorizo, chopped coarsely into small pieces
1 medium onion, diced
