This salad is nutritious and provides a balanced diet that is high in fiber and very low in fat. According to research protein along with the high-fiber meal is good for breakfast. It can make you feel full longer so you will eat less over the day.

8 ounces small shell pasta ( your favorite bite-size pasta )
7 ounces albacore white tuna ( packed in water drained )
2 ribs celery ( chopped )
1/4 cup red onion ( chopped )
1 cup peas ( frozen )
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup Greek yogurt ( plain )
dried dill weed ( optional )
salt and freshly ground black pepper ( for seasoning )
