This Creamy Watermelon Lime Chiller is the perfect refreshment on a hot day.

2 C watermelon- cubed
1-1/2 C simple syrup
1/2 C whipped cream
1/2 a lime - juiced
1 oz rum (opt) since this is for kids- I withheld it.
Blend all ingredients until smooth & well combined. Serve immediately.
