1/2 lb. bulk sausage
1/2 cup minced onion
1/4 cup minced green pepper
1/3 cup sliced green onions
1/3 cup white wine
1/4 cup melted butter
8 cups cubed bread
3 cups milk
8 eggs ( beaten )
1/2 lb. pepper jack cheese ( grated )
1/2 lb. Monterrey jack cheese ( grated )
3/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. cayenne
3/4 cup sour cream
1/2 cup Parmesan
