Why buy store bought sweet potato fries when you can make your own? These are just like what you\\\'d find at the store but only better! With just a few ingredients, these would be the perfect side dish for any grilled hamburgers or hot dogs at your next BBQ!

2 large sweet potatoes
2-3 tbsp. of cornstarch
2 tbsp. coconut oil, melted
