4 yukon gold potatoes
3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
pinch sea salt
2 cloves garlic
1/2 tsp saffron threads
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tsp fresh lemon juice
pinch sea salt
pinch black pepper
