This dish is SO good! It is easy to prep and make PLUS it is under 300 calories!

1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon sesame oil
½ teaspoon ginger, grated
1 garlic clove, grated
¼ teaspoon salt
1 large cucumber, seeded and diced
3 tablespoons red onion, minced
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
1 pound boneless chicken thighs, pounded into thin cutlets
1/4 cup flour
2 tablespoons parmesan cheese, grated
1 teaspoon parsley
1 large egg, lightly beaten
1 cup whole wheat panko breadcrumbs
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
4 teaspoons soy sauce
