1 cup parboiled Potato wedges
1 tablespoon garlic ( chopped )
to taste salt
1 cup corn flour
2 red chilies ( dried and chopped )
to taste oil ( to deep fry )
to taste Spring onion greens and toasted sesame seeds to garnish
