Crispy Pan Fried Tofu. Golden, crunchy exterior, and soft inside. Combine these beauties with a bold and spicy dipping sauce to make a perfect snack, appetizer or meal. You'll want to eat these straight out of the skillet!

12 ounces extra firm tofu
1/4 cup cornstarch
2 teaspoons onion powder
2 teaspoons garlic powder
2 teaspoons cayenne pepper
2 teaspoons fresh cracked black pepper
1 1/2 teaspoons sea salt
2 large eggs, lightly beaten
1 tablespoon water
3/4 cup Panko bread crumbs
to taste avocado or canola oil, for frying
1/2 cup low sodium soy sauce
1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
1 tablespoon raw honey (optional)
1 green onion, chopped
2 cloves raw garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds
  1. Combine all dipping sauce ingredients in small bowl, and mix well. Set aside
