Even if you hate tofu, you'll love this Crispy Pan-Fried Tofu!

350 g natural tofu block
2 tablespoons soy sauce or tamari
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 pinch of salt
  • Remove tofu from a plastic bag. Drain all the liquid. Use paper towels to pat dry your tofu. We prefer removing all the liquids to get the perfectly crispy texture later when frying.
