Crispy Roasted Potatoes
Potatoes made with a new technique that creates a super crispy potato.
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
4 pounds russet potatoes, peeled
5 tablespoon olive oil
3 medium garlic cloves
fresh ground black pepper
