Crispy Sriracha Ranch Fish Tacos
Fish tacos made with beer battered cod and sweet and spicy coleslaw.
1/2 cup diced red pepper
1/2 cup ranch dressing
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1-2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
1 teaspoon lime juice
8 ounce can pineapple tidbits, drained
8 beer battered cod
8 flour tortillas
queso fresco, crumbled
