Crock Pot Brisket Chili

This is great for leftover brisket.

Crock Pot:
3 Tbsp. flour
2 Tbsp. chili powder
1 Tbsp. cumin
1 Tbsp. Kosher salt
1 tsp. dried oregano
2 lbs beef brisket trimmed and cut into 1 inch cubes
2 (15 ounce) cans red kidney beans, drained
1 (15 ounce) can diced tomatoes, drained
1 red bell pepper, chopped
1 large red onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
3/4 cup beef broth
4 Tbsp. olive oil
  1. Stir together flour, chile powder, cumin, salt, and oregano in a small bowl. Sprinkle spice mixture evenly on each side of beef brisket cubes, and set aside.
