1 1/2 lbs. lean ground beef
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. black pepper
8 ounces Velveeta cheese ( cubed )
2 Tbsp. milk
1 green bell pepper, chopped, (optional)
1/2 cup chopped onions
1 clove garlic ( minced fine )
8 sandwich buns ( split and toasted )
pickles, or mustard or ketchup or relish or barbecue sauce or sliced tomatoes or onions or any other toppings or condiments you might want.

In a large skillet over medium heat, brown ground beef with garlic powder and black pepper until beef is cooked through.
Drain off excess fat and transfer beef to a 3 1/2 to 5 quart crockpot.
