2 cups dry elbow macaroni
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, room temperature
2 cups milk
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
pinch paprika
4 cups shredded shard cheddar cheese
