Crock Pot Fried Rice

Fried rice made easy by dumping all of the ingredients into the crock pot and letting it cook.

2 cups cooked rice, day old
3 tablespoons unsalted butter
2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 yellow onion, diced
1 cup frozen carrots and peas, thawed
1 egg

Place all of the ingredients into a lightly sprayed crock pot. Stir to mix all of the ingredients together and cook on high for 2-3 hours or low for 3-4 hours.
