2-3 pounds of boneless skinless chicken breasts
4 potatoes chopped into cubes
1 large onion in 6 pieces
4 garlic cloves, minced
3 tsp oregano
2 tsp basil
1 tsp salt
1 TBS olive oil

1. Put the potatoes in the bottom of your crock pot.
2. Add the chicken on the top.
3. Sprinkle the spices over the top.
4. Add the oil on top.
5. Cook on low for 7-9 hours or on high 4-5.
