Crock Pot Sour Cream Beef Stroganoff

Crock Pot:
2 lbs beef stew meat, cubed
1/2 cup white onion, diced
2 cups mushrooms, sliced
2 (1.25 ounce) packages brown gravy mix
1 1/2 cups water
1 1/2 cups sour cream
egg noodles, cooked

Add the stew mieat, onions and mushrooms to a 4-quart or larger crock pot

Whisk together the gravy mixes and water in a small bowl. Pour into crock pot.
