Here is a super yummy and easy recipe that only has 2 steps! You just sautee the meat and then throw everything into the slow cooker for a really delicious meal. I love to make this and then freeze whatever is leftover. You can then re-heat it up in the crock pot or in the microwave. 2 lb Ground Beef
1 Onion chopped
1 tsp Minced Garlic
2 quart Water
28 oz Tomato Sauce
28 oz Diced Tomatoes
1 cup uncooked Rice
2 cup chopped Peppers
1/4 cup Brown Sugar
2 tsp salt
1 tbsp Beef Base
2 tsp Black Pepper
1 Onion chopped
1 tsp Minced Garlic
2 quart Water
28 oz Tomato Sauce
28 oz Diced Tomatoes
1 cup uncooked Rice
2 cup chopped Peppers
1/4 cup Brown Sugar
2 tsp salt
1 tbsp Beef Base
2 tsp Black Pepper
Brown Ground Beef and drain.
Add to slow cooker with all other ingredients and cook on low 8-10 hours.
