1/4 cup water
1/4 cup pineapple juice
2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
2 tablespoons honey
1 clove of garlic ( minced )
1 teaspoon fresh ginger ( grated )
2 teaspoons cornstarch
1 pound lean ground turkey
