Crock Pot Tuscan White Bean Soup with Sausage

1/2 pound Italian sausage
2 yellow onions, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
3 stalks celery, diced
1 cup peeled and sliced carrots
2 tablespoons tomato paste
2 tablespoons Italian seasoning
1/2 cup low sodium chicken broth
28 ounces low sodium chicken broth
14.5 ounce can fire roasted tomatoes
15 ounce can no salt added tomato sauce
1/2 cup roasted red peppers, diced
1 green pepper, diced
1/2 cup orzo pasta, uncooked
15 ounce can white beans, rinsed and drained
5 ounces kale

In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the sausage until crumbled and completely cooked. Transfer the sausage to the crock pot.
