Crockpot Chicken and Dumplings

Another comfort food recipe that taste like you slaved all day over it. The biscuit pieces added at the end of the cooking time helps to thicken the dish.

2 chicken thighs boneless, skinless
1/2 cup corn frozen
2 carrots peeled, sliced thin
1/2 onion chopped
1 stalk celery diced
1 cup chicken broth
2 teaspoons minced garlic
1/2 teaspoon rosemary
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 cup milk
1 tablespoon flour
1 can (7.5 ounce) refrigerated biscuits
Place all ingredients except milk, flour and biscuits in crockpot. Cover and cook on high for 3 1/2 to 4 hours. Remove chicken thighs, and shred between two forks. Return chicken to crockpot. In a small...
