1 lb chicken breast ( boneless, skinless )
3 zucchini ( spiraled )
1 green bell pepper ( diced )
8 oz canned mushrooms ( water drained )
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
15 oz marinara sauce ( no salt or sugar added )
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1/2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
2 tbsp minced garlic
1 tbsp italian seasoning
1 tsp parsley
salt and pepper to taste
