Tender chunks of beef with hearty carrots & potatoes surrounded by a rich flavorful gravy makes this stew perfect for cold winter days.

2lbs top round beef/steak, cubed
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup olive oil
2 medium onions, diced
2-3 cloves garlic, minced
1 (6oz) can tomato paste
1 cup red cooking wine
2-3 small/medium potatoes, large diced
1/2 lb baby carrots
2 cups beef broth
1 Tbsp kosher salt
1 tsp dried thyme leaves
