Warm up with this indulgent 3-chocolate crockpot hot chocolate! Perfect for a chilly fall day or after a day spent outside in the winter.

4 cups milk
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
1/2 cup white chocolate chips
1/2 cup milk chocolate chips
  • Place the milk, whipping cream and sweetened condensed milk in the crockpot and stir well to combine.
  • Add in the vanilla and chocolate chips and place the lid on the crockpot.
