Crockpot lasagna is cheesy, comforting, and filling. This classic Italian Lasagna recipe is turned into a slow cooker masterpiece.

Sauce:
1 pound Italian sausage
1/2 pound ground beef
1 cup onion
2 clove garlic
28 ounce can of tomatoes
12 oz can of tomato paste
2 teaspoons sugar
2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoon dried basil leaves
1/5 teaspoon fennel seed
1/4 teaspoon coarse black pepper
Cheese Mixture:
15 oz ricotta cheese
1 large egg
1 tablespoon dried parsley flakes
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon coarse black pepper
Cheese Topping:
4 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
3/4 cup Parmesan cheese
Ingredients:
1/2 pound lasagna noodles
