1 lb. chicken breast ( boneless, skinless, chopped into 1 inch pieces )
1 cup carrots ( sliced )
1 cup broccoli florets
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
2 tsp minced garlic
2 tsp minced ginger
1 tbsp coconut sugar
1/4 cup tapioca flour
1 tsp red pepper flakes
1/3 cup coconut aminos
1/2 cup water
1 tbsp sesame seeds ( for garnish )
2 green onions ( for garnish )
1/2 cup brown rice ( uncooked. For paleo use cauliflower rice )
  1. In a large bowl, combine the coconut aminos, paprika, tapioca flour, garlic, sugar and ginger.
