Crockpot Mongolian Chicken! An easy crockpot dinner recipe that's healthier than takeout, will save you money & satisfy the whole family! Simple, healthy & packed with out of this world Asian flavor! Gluten Free + Low Calorie + Paleo version

1 lb. chicken breast ( boneless, skinless, chopped into 1 inch pieces )
1 cup carrots ( sliced )
1 cup broccoli florets
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
2 tsp minced garlic
2 tsp minced ginger
1 tbsp coconut sugar
1/4 cup tapioca flour
1 tsp red pepper flakes
1/3 cup coconut aminos
1/2 cup water
1 tbsp sesame seeds ( for garnish )
2 green onions ( for garnish )
1/2 cup brown rice ( uncooked. For paleo use cauliflower rice )
  1. In a large bowl, combine the coconut aminos, paprika, tapioca flour, garlic, sugar and ginger.

This crispy fried chicken sandwich recipe is better than Chik-Fil-A, Popeye's or McDonald's! The chicken breast is brined in pickle juice, breaded with flavorful seasonings, fried until golden brown, and then piled on a toasted brioche bun with lettuce, tomato, pickles and mayonnaise. Serve the sandwich with a side of waffle fries and homemade Chik-Fil-A sauce for dipping!

1/2 c milk
1/2 c dill pickle juice
2 c all purpose flour
2 T confectioners sugar
2 t baking powder
2 t paprika
2 t kosher salt
1/2 t black pepper
1/2 t garlic powder
1/4 t onion powder
1 egg
oil ( for frying )
4 sandwich buns ( buttered and griddled )
