2 pounds chicken breasts ( cut into chunks )
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 onion ( chopped )
2 tablespoons ginger powder
2 teaspoons cumin
1 teaspoon sea salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon turmeric
1/4 teaspoon cayenne
1 cup pumpkin puree ( fresh is best, canned works )
1 cup vegetable broth ( or chicken broth )
cilantro ( chopped, to garnish )
