Crockpot Pumpkin Butter

Delicious pumpkin butter made in the crock pot that tastes just as good as the store bought variety.

4 cups pumpkin puree
1 cup honey
1/2 cup apple cider
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
1 cup honey
1/2 cup apple cider
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
Add all of the ingredients to a crock pot and stir very well to combine.
Cook on low for 4-6 hours or until the mixture has thickened. Stir several times during the cooking time to prevent the mixture...
