1 lb extra lean ground turkey ( or lean beef )
1/2 cup green bell pepper ( diced )
1/2 cup red bell pepper ( diced )
1/2 cup onion ( diced )
2 tbsp minced garlic
1 cup tomato sauce
1/2 cup tomato puree
1/2 cup tomato paste
2 dates ( soaked in 1/4 cup warm water 5 mins )
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
2 tbsp apple cider vineger
2 tbsp spicy brown mustard
1 tbsp coconut aminos
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup green bell pepper ( diced )
1/2 cup red bell pepper ( diced )
1/2 cup onion ( diced )

- Add the extra virgin olive oil to the slow cooker along with the bell pepper, onion and minced garlic. Set the slow cooker pot to high and cook 15 minutes covered, stirring occasionally....
