½ dried chipotle pepper ( about 4 g, seeded or substitute 1 teaspoon dry flakes )
3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons unpasteurized tamari ( as desired to suit the taste )
1 (½ tablespoons) agave nectar or maple syrup
1 tablespoon grated ginger root
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon pureed garlic ( about 2 cloves )
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon ground black pepper
¼ teaspoon Cayenne pepper
Cauliflower Wings
1 head cauliflower ( about 1 lb )
¾ cup unsweetened almond milk ( or 1 cup homemade unfiltered almond milk )
¾ cup chickpea flour
1 teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
1 (½ cup) breadcrumbs
