2.5 cups flour ( unbleached all purpose or gf flour blend )
2 tbsp cornstarch
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1.5 tsp salt
2 eggs ( cold )
1/2 tbsp vanilla
1 cup butter ( softened, can substitute dairy free butter if desired )
3/4 cup brown sugar ( packed )
1/2 cup sugar
2 cups Guittard chocolate chips ( can substitute dairy free if needed )
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper or Silpat mat. Set cookie sheet aside.
