Crunching Bacon Hidden Pepperoni Pizza in Wood Fired Oven

Today, Chef Aaron and Chef Carl's are with us at ilFornino Pizza Academy and we are making everyone's favorite Pepperoni Pizza with Crunchy Bacon on the top. And why we are saying it is a hidden Roni pizza, because we are placing pepperoni beneath the mozzarella cheese and then topped the pizza with Bacon. By doing this way pepperoni seals in a lot of flavors while cooking which most people miss out by placing it over the top of the pizza.
