A homemade crunchy granola bar with coconut.

3 1/2 cups old fashioned rolled oats
1/4 cup canola oil
3/4 cup whole almonds
6 tablespoons honey
6 tablespoons packed brown sugar
1/2 tablespoon vanilla extract
