1/4 cup butter
1 package (10 ounce) small marshmallows
6 cups Rice Krispies cereal
vanilla ( or chocolate bark, melted )

Melt butter in a large pan. Add marshmallows and stir continuously until they melt.
Remove pan from heat. Stir in cereal. Allow to cool for a bit. You don't want the mixture to get too firm.
