Crunchy Zucchini Corn Fritters

What a great recipe using fresh garden zucchini and corn. These fritters turned out with an extra crunchy crust. Yum! :)

2 cups fresh Zucchini, shredded
2 tablespoons butter
1 small white onion, finely chopped
1 clove of garlic, minced
1 cup of frozen whole kernel corn
1/2 cup of yellow cornmeal
1/2 cup of all purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
3/4 cup of buttermilk

This cheese bake is very easy and quick, so anyone can make this, including those who have lots to do or those of you who have not enough time.

100 g Prawn
1/2 Bloccoli
Sauce:
6 tbsp Mayonnaise
4 tbsp Milk
1/2 tsp Mastard
100 g Cheese
1 pinch Salt
1 pinch Pepper
