SPRING is almost here! We couldn't wait so, here is the cucumber sunomono🥒: a traditional Japanese side salad that is made with rice vinegar. We are slowly getting into the spring season, and this salad recipe will be super easy and quick!🐝 Japanese food philosophy is that food taste best in its most natural state. So when possible, many of their food is raw or salted lightly or with vinegar.
3 tbsp white sugar
1 tsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp soy sauce
1/8 jalapeno ( small size and seeded )
1/3 English cucumber ( discs or slices )
