For the dressing:
1 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp heavy cream
1 tsp brown sugar
2 tbsp curry powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
For the curry chicken salad:
4 cups cooked chicken
1 stick celery ( chopped fine )
1/4 cup dried apricots ( quartered )
1/4 cup slivered almonds
2 tbsp dried cranberries
1 tbsp chopped chives
