This dish is bursting of Thai flavors such as creamy coconut, lemongrass and peanuts. Easy to make and very little hands-on time!

100 ml coconut milk
4 cloves garlic
1 yellow onion
1 stick lemongrass
3 tsp green curry paste
3 tsp fish sauce
1 tsp honey
1 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp salt
