3/4 cup butter ( room temperature )
1 1/4 cups sugar
1 egg
1 egg yolk
1 tsp vanilla
( zest of 1 orange )
1 tbsp brandy
2 1/2 cups flour
1/2 tsp salt
Glaze:
1 1/2 cups confectioner's sugar
2 1/2 tbsp water
sanding sugar ( for sprinkling )

1 egg yolk
1 tsp vanilla
( zest of 1 orange )
1 tbsp brandy
