Dahi Chicken Recipe

Dahi chicken is a very tasty as well as a healthy recipe. It is a delicious chicken recipe. So, just follow these simple steps to prepare it at home.

500 gm Chicken
Salt as required
1/2 teaspoon garlic paste
2 large chopped onion
1 tablespoon butter
250 gm hung curd
4 small green chilli
1/2 teaspoon Ginger paste
1 teaspoon powdered black cardamom
1 bunch chopped coriander leaves
For making this delicious chicken recipe, make a paste of 2 chillies. Marinate the chicken pieces with curd, chilli paste, ginger garlic paste, elaichi powder and salt. Keep it aside for a minimum of 2 hours. Heat up a pan, add butter, onion, 2 chillies and saute till onion becomes light pink. Add the chicken, cook for 2 minutes. Put the lid on and let it simmer for 15 minutes. Open the lid and add a little water if you want some gravy. Serve hot with roti, paratha or naan.
