Luscious, thick and creamy. Dairy-free and Paleo. This dairy-free Strawberry Cantaloupe Smoothie is out of this world sweet without the added sugar! Cantaloupe makes a wonderful creamy base while tasting super sweet. Mixed with tangy strawberries and plant-based milk makes this smoothie uber dreamy.
1-2 servings
1 1/3 cups chopped cantaloupe
2 tablespoons avocado ( ripe, and packed )
4-5 frozen strawberries ( medium-large sized )
tablespoons sunflower seed butter or nut butter of choice
1 scoop collagen powder ( unflavored )
tablespoon chia seeds
cup spring water
1 handful spinach ( frozen or raw, small handful )
1 cup ice
2 tablespoons avocado ( ripe, and packed )
4-5 frozen strawberries ( medium-large sized )
tablespoons sunflower seed butter or nut butter of choice
1 scoop collagen powder ( unflavored )
tablespoon chia seeds
cup spring water
1 handful spinach ( frozen or raw, small handful )
1 cup ice
- Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender except the ice
- Blast on high till well blended and smooth
- Add ice and blend again
