Dark Chocolate Raspberry Swirl Brownies

These brownies, are rich, decadent, and smooth. All your chocolate cravings will be satisfied with one bite.

1 container raspberries
½ cup water
1 tsp cornstarch
2 cups sugar + 3 tbsp
1 cup vegetable oil
4 eggs
1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
2/3 cup cocoa powder
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp vanilla extract
½ cup dark chocolate chips
For the syrup: On medium-low heat in a small pot, cook the raspberries until they start to soften. Crush the raspberries with your stirring spoon until they become pulpy. Add the water and 3 tbsp sugar....
