Dark Chocolate Raspberry Swirl Ice Cream with Chocolate Chips

Dark chocolate ice cream is mixed with chocolate chips and then swirled with a raspberry sauce.

1/2 cup dark chocolate cocoa powder
1/2 cup brewed coffee
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 ounces dark chocolate chips
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups half and half
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
3 cups frozen raspberries
2/3 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
