Decadent Caramel Pecan Brownies

A chocolate semi-homemade brownie base with melted caramel filling and chopped pecans for a perfect crunch.

1 box Devil's food cake mix
1 cup chopped pecans
3/4 cup butter, melted
1 16-oz. package caramels
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1 12-oz package chocolate chips
