Here are three simple ways to make delicious coconut almond cookies. These cookies are easy to make and don't require many ingredients. Also, they can be adjusted to everyone's preferences. You can fill them with chocolate, jam, or leave them plain. They'd be just as delicious! That's why I think they are perfect for Valentine's Day and I'm sure that everyone will love them!

3/4 cup ground almonds
1 cup desiccated coconut
3 tbsp honey
1/2 tsp baking powder
to taste Vanilla extract
4 tbsp Jam
30 g chocolate

Preheat your oven to 170°C (325°F).
