Delicious Vegan Apple Crumble Bars

In fall, everybody is excited about pumpkins, grapes, and pomegranates, but I'm all about apples!
Here is a delicious and very easy-to-make apple crumble bar recipe that's completely vegan and gluten-free. If you have gluten intolerance, remember to use gluten-free oats. Sometimes, oats can be gluten cross-contaminated.
1 1/2 cups oat flour
1/2 cup desiccated coconut
4 tablespoons coconut oil
2 tablespoons tahini ( or other nut butter )
4 tablespoons maple syrup ( sweetener of your choice )
1/3 cup plant-based milk ( of your choice )
2 apples ( large )
1/2 orange
2 tablespoons coconut sugar
to taste Cinnamon
3 tablespoons crust mixture
1/2 cup mixed rolled oats, nuts, and dried fruit of your choice
1/2 cup desiccated coconut
4 tablespoons coconut oil
