If you have zucchini you need to use, these Zucchini Brownies are delicious.

Zucchini Brownies:
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 cups zucchini ( shredded )
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1-4 Tablespoons water
2 cups powdered sugar
3 Tablespoons cocoa powder
1 Tablespoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup butter ( melted )
1/4 cup milk
pinch salt
