100 g Cauliflower Blanched
2 tbsp Maida
2 tbsp Corn Flour
to taste Salt
1/4 cup Water
Oil for frying
For Gravy
1 1/2 cup Water
1 cup Diced vegetable (onion, carrot, capsicum)
