2 tablespoons olive oil
Sauce:

1 large garlic clove, minced
1 teaspoons dried oregano
small dash red pepper flakes
14 ounces crushed tomatoes
1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 tablespoon granulated sugar

6 ounces cubed mozzarella cheese
6 ounces cubed provolone cheese
